An online store that belongs to you — without platform commission

I build WooCommerce stores from scratch or from what you already sell: products, payments, and ownership of the code. You pay the gateway per transaction, not a marketplace for the right to sell.

  • Payment gateways without hidden subscriptions

Sell digital and physical products without commission.

Who is this online store for?

I build stores for brands that want to sell on their own domain — from scratch or from what already works. You do not hand margin to Allegro, Shopify, or yet another all-in-one.

Physical and digital products

Courses, ebooks, merch, parts, paid services. If the customer should pay you, not a third-party platform — this is the service.

From scratch or from a marketplace

No store yet? I build it from scratch. You already have a site or marketplace sales and want your own checkout? That too. We do not start with a 40-slide omnichannel strategy — we start with a cart that works.

Poznań and all of Poland

I work remotely with clients across Poland. The store should live on your hosting and domain, not on an account you cannot export.

Why a marketplace or Shopify is not "your store"

Allegro, Amazon, Shopify take a cut or a subscription for access to customers you still have to acquire. The rules change without you. Leaving hurts because the catalogue, reviews, and checkout live with them.

Your own store does three things: it sells on your domain, keeps orders with you, and does not ask a platform for permission when you change the rules. The rest — themes, sliders, "AI recommendations" — is decoration.

How an online-store project actually works

No agency theatre. A conversation, a catalogue, implementation, handover.

1

Conversation

What you sell, where traffic comes from, which payments, digital, physical, or both. A WooCommerce store — from scratch or from a catalogue you already have. Not "some ecommerce".

2

Catalogue and payments

Product structure, rates, gateway, shipping or file delivery. You see the direction before the store goes to production.

3

Implementation

Code, cart, mobile version, basic SEO. Status updates along the way. No silence and no kickoff progress bars.

4

Handover

Your store, your domain, a guide for adding products. 30 days of care after launch, so I carry the risk that payments die on Friday night.

What else is included in the online store?

  • Full ownership on WooCommerce — not an account in a website builder. I can build the store from scratch.
  • Payment gateways without a hidden platform subscription. You pay per transaction, not for "being in the ecosystem".
  • A cart and checkout that can be finished on a phone, not only on a laptop.
  • Basic SEO: titles, descriptions, indexing. Google should be able to find the store before anyone "launches ads".
  • Hosting and domain stay on your side. Leaving does not require Shopify's permission.

Why not Shoper, Shopify, or a "store for 300 zł"?

A builder is fast until you want to change the rules, the rates, or export customers. Then you pay a subscription and discover the store was never yours. That is vendor lock-in for a shopping cart.

With me you get a store you actually own. WooCommerce on your infrastructure, payments without a platform middleman, and code you can take with you. You are not renting the right to sell.

Frequently asked questions about online stores

Straight answers before we book a call.

The package starts at 6000 PLN net. A simple catalogue with payments is a different job than variants, stock, and integrations — after a conversation you get a quote, not empty from-to ranges.

Shopify is convenient until you accept the subscription and the fact that the store lives with them. WooCommerce gives ownership: theme, plugins, database, domain. If you want your own store, we do not build it on someone else's platform.

Yes. WooCommerce with file delivery after payment. A course, an ebook, a licence — no courier, and no 30% to a marketplace.

A straightforward store from scratch is usually a few weeks from kickoff to first orders. The timeline depends on the catalogue, photos, VAT rates, and decisions — not on how many customer-journey workshops we run.

I prepare the technical layer: indexing, meta, sitemap, mobile. Rankings for competitive terms still take content, time, and links. A store Google cannot read will not sell — even with ads.

Yes. I operate legally in Poland, I issue an invoice, and you can deduct VAT. A conversation is not a contract — first we check whether we are a good fit.
