I deploy a company cloud on your infrastructure: files, team access, and backups stay with you — not with a vendor in California.

Your company cloud on your own server — better data privacy and no monthly SaaS fees.
I deploy Nextcloud for companies that want files and collaboration without a monthly tribute and without handing data to a US SaaS.
Law firms, agencies, workshops, project teams — anywhere Dropbox and Google Drive feel "good enough" until you count the subscription and the risk.
Contracts, client files, photos, backups. If GDPR is not an empty slogan, the server should be yours, not "somewhere in the cloud".
Install on a VPS, a dedicated box, or a machine in the office — in Poznań, in Warsaw, or wherever the server already stands. You do not need an IT department to stop renting Google Drive.
The bill grows with the team. Files sit on someone else's servers, under someone else's jurisdiction. Leaving hurts, because nobody planned an exit when they clicked "14 days free".
A private cloud is not a hobby Nextcloud on a Raspberry Pi. It is your infrastructure: accounts, rules, backups — without a fee for every extra terabyte and without asking a vendor for permission to leave.
No "cloud migration" slide deck. A machine, an install, the team, documentation.
What you use today, how many people, which files, where the server should live. We decide whether a VPS, a dedicated box, or office hardware makes sense — I do not force a server on you.
Address, certificate, disks, access. You see the plan before I install anything. No surprise "and here is another licence".
Nextcloud, accounts, groups, backups, solid baseline security. Status updates along the way — not silence and not kickoff percentages.
Documentation for you and the team. 30 days of care after go-live, so I carry the risk that "the cloud does not boot on Monday", not your accountant.
Workspace is convenient until you count five tools, five contracts, and the fact that your files live under a jurisdiction you did not choose. That is vendor lock-in for the office.
Nextcloud is not a cheaper Google Drive. It is a decision: data stays with you, the software is open, and leaving does not require the vendor's permission. Digital sovereignty starts with files, not with a manifesto.
Straight answers before we book a call.
The package starts at 5500 PLN net. That covers install, configuration, and handover — not a monthly fee forever. The server (a VPS or your hardware) is billed separately, because it should be yours, not mine.
Data sits on infrastructure you name — including an EU server if that is the choice. This does not replace a GDPR policy or processor agreements with your clients. It does reduce the usual problem: company files on servers whose location you do not control.
Yes. You get a guide and a setup that feels like Drive — only under your address. Adding users, folders, and shares does not require a ticket to an agency. Updates and harder topics stay with care or with your admin.
Backup is part of the configuration. A cloud without copies is just a nicer way to lose files. We decide where the copy lands and how often — before you put client contracts in it.
A NAS can be a good office disk and a weak remote setup. OwnCloud is a different product and path. I deploy Nextcloud as a company cloud: browser, phone, permissions, backups. If Synology already does the job, I will not sell a migration for sport.
Yes. I operate legally in Poland, I issue an invoice, and you can deduct VAT. A conversation is not a contract — first we check whether we are a good fit.
